The continuous motion cutter operation allows constant product flow from the extruder, giving more even consistency.
 
Continous Ultrasonic Cutter Specification:
  • Cut height 150mm.
  • Belt line speed up to 125mm/ sec.
  • Cut pitch 5mm min (or better product dependant).
  • Check weigh feedback technology giving +-7 gram accuracy on 1.2kg product (**see following diagram).
  • Product speed example:
  • single line extruded product, 50mm cut pitch, 100mm high = 60ppm.
